Every week, we get on a call. Because this is a full-stack partnership, the focus shifts based on what you actually need that week. Some weeks we are fixing a broken funnel. Some weeks we are working through a hard leadership decision. Some weeks we are realigning your schedule so you can actually be present with your kids.
The challenges of leadership do not wait for a scheduled Zoom call. You get direct access to me via email and a private messenger service between our sessions. When you hit a roadblock on a Tuesday afternoon, or have a win you need to share on a Thursday morning, I am there.

I have spent years working with entrepreneurs and business owners across dozens of industries - helping them fix the operational side of their business while also doing the deeper personal alignment work that most coaches ignore.
I wrote The GIVER Method because I lived the misalignment myself. I know what it feels like to build something that looks successful from the outside and feels hollow from the inside. I know what it costs your family, your health, and your sense of purpose when the business is running you instead of the other way around.
This is not theory for me. I have been in the exact spot you are in.
